Hello. After testing several sdks I could find a sip sdk called Ozeki voip sip sdk with which I could achieve high quality voice calls. It supports lots of codecs and I got not only voice but good video quality (in Addressing video quality sample program – found on its webpage) Unfortunately the trial period is over. I’m planning to buy it, can you support me with further information please?
