 Nectar Services Announced Enhancement of Its Converged VoIP Management Platform

Nectar Services has recently announced an enhancement to company’s Converged Management Platform (CMP). According to the company, the update provides network operators with deep visibility into converged IP networks.
One of the major enhancements is the Vendor Knowledge Module (VKM) for Avaya Nortel Call Pilot and Avaya Nortel CS 1000, including auto-discovery of Nortel installations, quality management and real-time performance monitoring.
Nectar Services officials commented that the Avaya Nortel CS 1000 VKM offers continuous auto discovery empowering significant productivity benefits for operators of complex voice and data networks that deploy Avaya Nortel systems.
The update simplifies the complexity of maintaining numerous servers, gateways, routers, boards, systems and subsystems creating a converged Avaya Nortel network.
Moreover, the company’s APIs empower CMP to provide granular, real-time performance monitoring and reporting of each asset in the converged network.
