Taipei City, Jun 24, 2009 - D-Link, the end-to-end computer networking solutions provider for consumer and business, today announced that two of its latest network cameras have won Best of Show awards at Interop Japan, the largest information technology exhibition in Japan.

The new mydlink-enabled D-Link® Network Cameras DCS-1100 and DCS-1130 come with everything needed to quickly add a surveillance camera to the home or small office network. The two models utilize groundbreaking technology that allows users to remotely monitor live streaming video through the company's new www.mydlink.com portal.

With the DCS-1100/1130 cameras, users can remotely view the status of kids, pets, home or office in real-time by simply logging on to the mydlink website, providing users with an ideal way to experience a connected, secure and digital lifestyle.

Offering plug and play connectivity, the new D-Link network cameras feature easy installation and setup, mobile 3G and Web monitoring, 16x digital zoom, motion detection, integrated microphone and multiple profiles. The DCS-1100 connects to the home or small business network via a standard network cable, while the DCS-1130 connects using 802.11n Wi-Fi with WPS support.

The Best of Show awards are selected from over 300 companies' products and solutions exhibiting at Interop Tokyo 2009. The finalists are chosen after rigorous examination by IT industry experts.
