A delegation of DialApplet visited the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) before finishing the year with the aim of presenting the Call Center solutions. The result has been very positive: DialApplet presented with exit the Call Center Suite, and in addition, our presence has served to lay the groundwork for a relationship in which we have placed great expectations.

DialApplet has started a strong collaboration with the Social Media Club. This is a well known organization specialized in the study of social media and social network development, inside the Massachusetts Institute Technology (MIT). It is a leading U.S.A. university, with an impeccable career and integrate the support of many Nobel laureates among its faculty and students.

This succesful meeting between DialApplet and Social Media Club has provided the basis for a practical cooperation in the long term. From now on DialApplet will research in depth the evolution, development and future of social networks and their application to the needs of the Call Center.

Rafael Mara??n, the Social Media Club’s founder, did not want to miss this opportunity to highlight the work of our company in the field of Telemarketing: "It is impresive how much DialApplet has evolved, and also the way they have adapted to the changing needs of the Call Center". Mara??n highlights DialApplet pioneering work as well: "The people who work in DialApplet have understood how to unified and simplified the world of open telephony (Asterisk) with a modern and efficient CTI with new Internet channels, all under a system based on real time".

Sergio Aparicio, DialApplet’s head chief, emphasizes that "social networks are in the spotlight for much of the Internet users and DialApplet wants to be where the ideas of the future are born." He also notes: " Social networks offer unprecedented opportunities for companies who can take advantage, although many companies have been hurt after investing in them, joining fashion without a clear strategy or understanding of social networks, entering its waters without no road map or direction defined".

Rafael Mara?on as parto f the Social Media Club is organizing courses at MIT where he studies the way this institution helps media companies to foster collaboration and group learning in their employees, and their relationship with customers. In this regard, DialApplet plays a key role as it helps employees interact with customers via Internet and telephone.

This road together in the development of social networking is taking off. Anybody can witness it in our public profile of the social network Facebook, as photographic metaphor: the "microworlds." SnowGlobes that our employees, customers and friends have been sending us from different parts of the world, beautiful images of both sides of the Atlantic as a basis to keep walking.
