 Acme Packet solutions Will Be Delivered to Chinese Contact Centers

Acme Packet has stated about a deal with one of leading Chinese hotel booking companies concerning providing Net-Net session border controllers (SBC) to bring IP communications for new contact centers.
Ctrip, one of leading Chinese online booking companies for hotel reservations, will deploy Acme Packet border controllers to bring SIP trunking communications for company’s 24-hour IP contact center. The company has more than 40 million registered members and monthly books over 2 million hotel room nights. The new contact center will have more than 12,000 call agents.
Acme Packet’s SBC SIP trunking services will reduce telecommunications costs and will provide critical security preventing unauthorized and malicious traffic; and denial of service (DoS) attacks as well.
