 Occam Delays the Deal with of Calix

Calix's acquisition of Occam Networks has been delayed by postponing of voting on planned acquisition because the shareholders required more information concerning the deal.
After Occam’s agreement to be merged by Petaluma, California-based Calix with $171 million in cash, a 19% group of shareholders intended to prevent the deal.
Although a January, 25 it was revealed that 63% of Occam's shareholders has voted for approving the deal with Calix, shareholders still have the possibility to change their decision after looking at new additional information about the deal.
