 Calix Has Completed the acquisition of Occam Networks

Calix has finally completed its acquisition of Occam Networks. In January the acquisition was delayed by Occam shareholders because of court requirements.
After the completion of the acquisition, the newly united company will receive greater scale with more than 900 clients all over the world.
After the completion of the acquisition, Calix has brought some changes to company’s board. Instead of Robert Finzi, a board of directors has got a new member - Thomas Pardun.
Calix from now will intend to widen company’s presence in broadband stimulus projects.
With this acquisition Calix now receives access to Occam's increasing base of European service provider clients.
