The president and CEO of Groupe IMECO has recently commented the acquisition of Telephonie Bonne Ligne Inc in July 2010 by company’s division IMECO Telecom. Two companies are finally ready to officially merge and become TBL Inc on April 4th, 2011.
After completion of the merger, broadband wireless, IP telephony and WiFi 802,11x solutions in Montreal, Quebec City and Toronto will be offered under the name of TBL Inc.
