 O-Tel Telecom Has Acquired Communication Division of Rheild

O-Tel Telecom has announced that the company has acquired Rheid Telecom, one of leading providers of VoIP telephony in South Africa. The total price of the deal has not been disclosed.
Rheid Communication offers white-labeled VoIP infrastructure to dealers working with public countrywide.
Adding client base of Rheid, the nationwide Telephone 2.0 network from O-Tel Telecom will confirm the intention to represent the largest White Label infrastructure service provider in South Africa.
O-Tel Telecom intends to provide Rheid’s customers advanced VoIP services like voice backhaul through O-Tel’s National Private Network, geographic telephone numbers, Wireless Access to company’s switches, low call rates with automated billing, and one Cloud Hosted PBX.
After the completion of the deal, Rheid Communication will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the O-Tel Telecom; so all of Rheid’s switch infrastructure will transfer to O-Tels’ Data Centre.
