 Pervasip is Getting Infiniti Systems

Pervasip, the VoIP solutions provider and Vox's parent company, is intending to widen and protect their customer base and services by demonstrating interest to buy long-time partner Infiniti Systems.
Infiniti Systems is an IT solution company ensuring information security, IT services and custom software applications. The company had an experience to cooperate with Pervasip and introduced VoIP offerings to the one of the biggest customers. Unity with Infiniti will obviously widen Pervasip's customer's base and will bring the possibility to provide new business services to clients.
Both companies have already signed the papers with intend to purchase and now are working out the details of the contract.
