Cross Telecom that was recognized in November the 2010 Avaya Connect Services Partner of the Year in the U.S., has recently been acquired by Arrow Electronics, the New York-based company.
Cross Telecom is converged and IP technologies and UC communications provider that focused mainly on data, voice, IP telephony, wireless and CrossNet maintenance.
With this acquisition Arrow Electronics continues its strategy to expand into faster growing, high-margin services complementing company’s global ECS business.
Cross Telecom’s acquisition will strengthen Arrow’s customer and supplier relationships, industry and technical expertise in the UC, telephony and managed services industry.
