With OpenTouch company’s customers can better deal with customers and partners thanks to native multimedia and multi-device communications.
OpenTouch provides the seamless user experience based on natural conferencing capabilities. The platforms within this offering can empower an enterprise to change existing platforms in a multi-vendor environment due to open SIP architecture.
OpenTouch Business Edition targets enterprises with 1500 employees. It represents a single server solution that is an enhancement of Alcatel-Lucent’s BiCS solution.
