3CX, one of leading telecoms developers, has recently revealed the 3CX Phone System version 10.
The new release offers the new user-friendly Web-based application and 3CX MyPhone. The new version was designed to provide presence, conferencing, transferring of calls and some other features in one easy to deploy application.
According to company’s officials, 3CX MyPhone works with IP phones, softphones, Android smartphones and iPhone. The new version provides users with options to select what phone device suits them better.
There is a range of additional advantages of the new version: status/presence of users; launching calls from a Web page, transferring calls to other users; outlook or phonebook; diverting calls to voice mail; monitoring queue calls; missed/incoming/outgoing calls; creating and managing conference calls; configuring call forwarding options.
