ASC has announced that the company had implemented MARATHON EVOLUTION communications recording solution to MedOCC healthcare environment.
MedOCC represents an urgent care service offered by Medway Community Healthcare in Southeast England. The service provides 24/7 support for 280,000 service users across the Medway area.
ASC, a provider of innovative solutions to analyze, record, and evaluate multimedia-based communications, commented that the company’s solution is capable to assure consistency and quality of service.
The purpose of MCH is to build up real improvements in healthcare within the Medway community. For this reason the organization has installed ASC’s MARATHON EVOLUTION recorder.
With this implementation, MedOCC can save up to three hours weekly in lost administration time because ASC`s communications recording has facilitated quality requirement audits and clinical assessments that are completed now effectively.
Moreover, the recently implemented solution has improved training of non-clinical staff.
