Digium has recently announced the release of Switchvox mobile app for android devices; with this move the company has expanded the value of Switchvox UC solution for SMBs.
The Switchvox Mobile app integrates Switchvox SMB communications solution from Digium with Android, BlackBerry and iPhone devices without additional cost to customers.
The Switchvox Mobile application provides SMB customers with the following possibilities:
• making, receiving, transferring and recording calls
• call history
• viewing and changing call rules like routing and forwarding
• changing greeting
• accessing the company directory, returning calls via email
• using the Switchvox app from Android-based tablet in order to carry out tasks like returning voice messages via email.
With Switchvox users are allowed to choose up to five phones: VoIP, smartphone, digital, analog or a soft phone. Moreover, customers also are able to fully integrate converged phones with the Switchvox Switchboard, an interactive user interface.
