 Yammer Announced Integration with Salesforce.com

According to AllThingsD, Yammer, enterprise social network, plans integration of CRM software Salesforce.com. This move represents another step into intra-enterprise communications.
The company claimed that users will have a chance to post deals, sales leads, marketing campaigns from Salesforce.com directly within a Yammer stream.
Yammer’s CEO said that several months ago the company released an activity stream API that allows any application drive activity stories into Yammer.
Salesforce.com has its own social software, however, the software's open API lets Yammer to develop own API in order to capture a salesforce.com activity stream.
Yammer can work with various business apps, it can pull social data from different apps that might be deployed in different enterprise departments, condensing into a single stream.
