 Russian Valley of Geysers Now with Wi-Fi

Tass-Telecom reported that Russian Minister of Communications, Igor Shchyogolev, has officially announced launching Wi-Fi hot spots in the Valley of Geysers that is located in the Kamchatka Peninsula, one of the most far Russian territories.
The minister also claimed that he has been testing IP telephony services in the Kamchatka’s Valley of the Geysers directly after starting the service of Wi-Fi hot-spots there.
According to Russian officials, there is a plan to launch five satellite base stations in the reservation, located in the Kamchatka region. These base stations are expected to be deployed for monitoring the ecological situation in the area.
