MJ Insurance, one of 100 largest privately-held insurance agencies in the US, has officially stated about increased employee productivity and more efficient customer service as a result of deployment the Interactive Intelligence’s Customer Interaction Center (CIC), an enterprise IP telephony software suite.
The director of operations in MJ Insurance commented that CIC’s unified messaging has provided business users with access to email and voice mail from a single inbox that has reduced the time they spend looking for and responding to messages. Moreover, CIC offers employees unified messaging access from a web browser or a mobile device so they are productive from the road. Customer service efforts were significantly improved due to CIC’s presence management feature.
MJ’s Officials said that the company has chosen CIC based on its features, architecture and ease-of-use.
CIC now supports all of the company’s employees and provides them with functionality for IP PBX, voice mail, unified messaging, auto-attendant, reporting, conferencing and a desktop client with presence management and corporate directory look-up.
