BroadSoft, one of leading providers of software for mobile, fixed-line and cable service providers, has announced enhancements to company’s BroadWorks Call Center solution – new web-based interfaces and enhanced reporting.
The new capabilities offer telecoms service providers the scalability and flexibility to extend hosted call center offering to enterprises with more complex reporting demands and higher call volumes.
The BroadWorks Call Center solution provides support to all call center environments, starting from a small informal workgroup to advanced distributed and in-house call centers.
The new enhancements include enhanced reporting and newly designed Web Clients.
