LiveVox, as a provider of integrated contact center apps and hosted predictive dialer solutions, has recently unveiled added account penetration settings to company’s predictive dialer compliance offering.
The penetration settings were launched at the beginning of ITEXPO West 2011; they represent a part of LiveVox’s Private VoIP Cloud solution that empowers contact centers to manage outbound campaigns as well as to configure the number an account is dialed within a specific period.
The Account Penetration Settings joined the suite that consists of third-party audited infrastructure, state dialing configuration GUIs, end-to-end PCI compliant payment lines, manual dialing call curfews and real-time Do Not Call.
Solutions from LiveVox use company’s innovative software solutions from a PCI-certified cloud platform. The company’s platform deploys a redundant IP/MPLS mesh to provide cloud-based switching. This scalable solution empowers contact centers to enhance efficiency and cut costs.
