M5 Networks, a UC and hosted managed VoIP provider, has officially stated that the company had rolled out the latest version of company’s M5 Callfinity Contact Center that combines work from existing platform and Callfinity.
According to the company’s officials, the new version offers digital call-center functionality for business customers as well as eliminates the necessity of on-premise solution.
Moreover, the platform allows clients responding quickly to inbound calls from consumers, utilize real-time monitoring to guarantee staffing matches call volumes and handle unexpected spikes in phone activity seamlessly.
The M5 Callfinity Contact Center’s major features are built-in call recording; an online forms designer to create evaluation forms for scoring agents; support for Salesforce, Netsuite and other popular CRM apps; self-service administration through a web-based portal, including live dashboards and reports.
