Cisco has officially announced the expansion of regional availability for company’s UC 300 series that had been introduced earlier.
The new version 2.1.1 provides additional language, tone and dial plan support for more countries; moreover, it improves call calling capacities and offers new features.
The UC300 Series represents a part of company’s Foundational UC offering that has been developed to provide small businesses with basic or foundational UC features such as voice, data and wireless integration, and some basic integrated messaging apps.
The UC320W is the hardware platform in the UC300 Series and represents an IP-based communications system supporting 2-24 users, as well as enables traditional telephony and “has integrated voicemail and automated attendant with voicemail to e-mail notification, one built-in 802.11b/g/n wireless access point, a 4-port Gigabit Ethernet switch and a Gigabit Ethernet WAN port.” The UC320W can support SIP trunking and Cisco gateways as well.
