 Allstream Announced Launching Integrated Service Management in Partnership with Cisco

Allstream, one of leading Canadian companies in IP communications, has officially announced launching Integrated Service Management (ISM) that represents a fully managed, end-to-end voice and data infrastructure for IP telephony, connectivity and other Cisco UC apps.
Deploying Cisco's Call Manager, IP PBX, the company offers Managed Business IP services together with its Managed UC services. This combination makes Allstream the first national network provider to offer seamlessly integrated service to market.
Allstream’s representatives commented that the new service was “designed and built to operate UC and IP network solutions together, simplifying the customer experience."
ISM is interoperable and flexible; it allows adjustments in bandwidth, infrastructure updates, prioritization of voice and data traffic, and the implementation of new apps.
Allstream is a certified Cisco Managed Services Master Partner; the company has been authorized to sell and provide Cisco-based managed services through Cisco's ISRG2 product line, as well as to receive Cisco's support via enhanced management and shared best practices.
