Valiant Workforce Management Solutions has officially announced the rollout of its new Vantage+ Communications Center.
Vantage+ offers the functionality of previous versions of Vantage software. Additionally, the new Vantage+ provides VOIP Technology along with a workforce engine, designed and hosted at Valiant. So, supervisors are provided with employee time and attendance information by incorporating employee monitoring capabilities.
The Vantage+ Communications Center offers the following functionality: clients can have proper staffing coverage matching skills to jobs; proper coverage will empower clients to generate more accurate invoices and revenue projection; the auto scheduling workflow feature reduces the back office burden and allows supervisors perform other contract-related jobs; clients can communicate with hundreds of thousands of remote employees via voicemail and alerts.
Valiant serves Security, Restaurant/Hospitality, Parking, Government Contracting and other customers.
