Vocalocity, a provider of cloud-based phone services, has officially announced the availability of iPhone and Android command and control functionality for company’s customers in the United States.
Vocalocity provides higher quality conversations based on proprietary technology that allows the company’s service to stand out from traditional VoIP providers. Hosted VoIP connectivity empowers small businesses to operate from anywhere concurrently enjoying visibility and functionality previously available for large enterprises.
According to the company, clients will “benefit from a real-time window into office communications system anywhere they get a cellular signal using their iPhone and Android applications.”
The app is based on the ability to provide an optimum access to real-time call monitoring dashboard screens from Android devices and iPhone. The dashboard can display the activity of every extension.
The iPhone and Android applications allow viewing call logs from different extensions at any time on a smartphone as well as updating user profiles within the hosted office phone system. Moreover, the application can ring multiple numbers at once providing complete coverage in the office.
