Skype conversations can be recorded with TalkAide
| |
22 October 2010
If you hold business over Skype and look for a way to keep records of your conversations, TalkAide provides an easy way to do so. The handy recording app offers to capture both audio and video Skype calls so you can easily review and archive business conferences and discussions.
TalkAide for Skype has a simple interface for recording audio and video and lets you convert audio and video files into various popular formats, including MP3, WMA, ACC, MOV, MPEG4, MPEG, VOB, PSP MPEG4, SWF, FLV, and AVI. You can also manually adjust the quality of your recordings to conserve disk space.
TalkAide also includes an automatic recording feature that keeps a complete record of every Skype conversation on your computer. However, it needs to check local laws before recording conversations with others--especially if it's without the other party's consent.
TalkAide for Skype costs $40 and requires OS X 10.4 or higher.
