 Virtel Voice Announced Expansion of Its Services

Virtel Voice, a Frankenmuth-based communications company, has recently announced the expansion of company’s service footprint offering small to medium local businesses a less-expensive alternative in the Great Lakes Bay Region.
Virtel Voice was launched in January 2009, serving mainly small businesses with cloud communications integrating VoIP with a web-based or virtual PBX phone system.
Besides handling holds and transfers, routing calls and allowing more than one person to be reached from a single business number, the company’s phone system manages incoming calls that are not immediately picked up.
Virtel Voice’s PBX system provides also voicemail, automated greetings or messages, fax, touch-tone menus, call records, conferences and phone calls that go to the first available person in a department.
The company claims a 50-70% up-front savings over traditional systems due to absence of high initial cost for purchasing expensive proprietary hardware.
