ATCOM Business Technology Solutions has announced that the company had installed the Mitel 3300 VoIP communications system for Sirchie Finger Print Laboratories, a manufacturer of products for the worldwide law enforcement community.
Mitel system replaces Nortel telephone system and will enable Sirchie to retrieve and manage voicemails easily.
This new communications platform is equipped with all paperless IP telephones; it includes apps like unified messaging with desktop features.
