Cbeyond, one of leading providers of IT and communications services, has officially announced that company’s Louisville data center operates now under Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) 16 Type ll SOC 2 certified controls.
Cbeyond became of the first cloud providers to achieve such certification.
SSAE 16 SOC 22 certification is considered as the second-generation data center audit standard; it evaluates the design and operational effectiveness of a data center's controls against a series of international standards.
