ADTRAN, a competitive provider of next-generation networking solutions, has officially stated about the expansion of company’s gateway product suite.
The NetVanta 644 Global VoIP Media Gateway is able to convert TDM to IP; it was specifically designed to assist the medium enterprise market lower the cost and complexity of migration to more efficient VoIP communications.
The streamlined migration solution from ADTRAN allows providers supporting voice deployments on the existing data network in order to meet the increasing demand for virtual mobility, cloud services and other data networking programs.
According to Infonetics Research, "the introduction of the NetVanta 644 gives it the platform to meet the needs of a broader set of enterprise customers and is a strong reflection of the company's commitment to growing its business around the globe."
The NetVanta 644 offers Quad T1/E1 interfaces and provides support up to 120 simultaneous VoIP calls with ADTRAN's Voice Quality Monitoring on each call.
