 INX Inc. Will Be Acquired by Presidio Inc

INX Inc. has officially announced that company’s stockholders had approved the previously announced merger agreement, under which Presidio, Inc. will buy all of the outstanding common stock of INX.
At the recent special meeting of company’s stockholders, 73.7% of the total outstanding shares of common stock of INX, approved the proposal to adopt the acquisition agreement. That represented 98.7% of the shares voted at the special meeting.
Upon the completion of the acquisition, INX stockholders would receive $8.75 in cash for each share of INX common stock.
The transaction was completed on December 30, 2011.
