8x8, a cloud and VoIP service provider, became the latest partner that got recognition from Cisco Systems, as the company has achieved the SMB-focused Cisco Select Certification.
As the company stated in the press release, 8?8 staff met Cisco’s training and exam requirements for the Small Business Specialization as well as for personnel, training and post-sales support.
Cisco’s partner program is focused on helping the channel build “sales, technical and Cisco Lifecycle” skills necessary to succeed; the program ranks partners according to specific metrics such as support and overall customer satisfaction.
