 Bezeq Continues Partnership with BroadSoft

Bezeq, one of largest Israel’s telecoms groups, has been collaborating with BroadSoft for long time. Recently the company has announced that it is going to leverage partnership in a whole new way.
Since 2005, the company has relied upon BroadWorks for a hosted PBX service. Recently, Bezeq used BroadWorks voice application platform from BroadSoft to power company’s newly rolled out hosted UC service for Israeli businesses.
The renewed partnership allows Bezeq to provide an enterprise offering that expands beyond standard PBX capabilities and includes unified messaging, meet-me conferencing, enhanced voicemail and voicemail to email.
Bezeq officials commented that versatility of BroadWorks is well suited to the communications requirements of company’s customers. “The ability of the BroadWorks platform to provide a full range of hosted services enables Bezeq to cultivate the subscriber relationship by offering a new suite of innovative services that improves our value proposition and helps us to differentiate our offerings from competitors.”
