LiveVox, a provider of integrated contact center and private VoIP apps, has recently announced click-to-call manual dialing for cell phones that can segregate cell phone numbers from predictive campaigns and enable agents to manually intervene in the process of skipping or calling these numbers.
The LiveVox cloud contact center platform offers several core apps such as ACD/PBX, IVR, predictive dialer, call recording and reporting.
Additionally, the platform includes customizable compliance features allowing contact centers to manage risks and increase efficiency. “Since these features exist within the same multi-tenant cloud, all click-to-call manual dials are recordable, protected by time zone controls and generate real-time reports.”
LiveVox contact center compliance suite includes PCI certified, fully redundant multi-tenant architecture; Secure multi-carrier MPLS interoperability; Cell phone scrubs and click-to-call manual dialing; Account penetration settings; End-to-end PCI compliant payment lines; State dialing configuration GUI; Integrated call recording for inbound, outbound and manual dials; Manual dialing time zone controls; Real-time agent monitoring and reporting; and DNC (Do-Not-Call) list scrubs.
