Voxeo, one of leading providers of Unlocked Communications solutions, and Infracast, a company-specialist in corporate use of technologies, have jointly announced that the companies had signed a partnership agreement.
Under the terms of the agreement, Infracast will use Voxeo's on-demand cloud-based facilities in order to provide outbound messaging as a part of Enterprise Message Exchange (EMX).
EMX represents a hosted, web-based application supporting high volume SMS, voice, email, social media and fax interactions from businesses to customers and staff.
Infracast has expanded company’s SMS and email messaging services with addition of voice-based services from Voxeo in order to offer business and individual customers multi-channel messaging capabilities.
