 NTT Com Purchases 74% Stake in Netmagic Solutions

NTT Communications Corporation and Netmagic Solutions, one of leading datacenter service providers in India, have recently announced that NTT Com will purchase 74% of Netmagic Solutions. This acquisition still should be approved by relevant authorities in India.
With addition of Netmagic Solutions' datacenter services and sites NTT Com can extend its capability to deliver one-stop ICT solutions in the Indian market and accelerate company’s offering of globally seamless cloud services via extended ICT infrastructure Asia-wide.
Negmatic Solutions officials said, "This alliance will help Netmagic to leverage NTT Com's global network and data center footprint for customers. The partnership will also help us strengthen our growth plans in the Indian sub-continent and globally, while NTT Com's global customers in India can benefit from Netmagic's expertise and leadership position in the managed IT hosting and cloud services market."
