Zeacom, a provider of multimedia contact center and automation solutions, has officially announced the availability of its Zeacom Communications Center (ZCC) contact center software for Microsoft Lync, a software telephony platform that is rapidly adopted by enterprises all over the world.
The announcement comes soon after a successful beta program that witnessed ZCC deployed at Lync sites across Northern Europe and Asia Pacific.
Zeacom is a leader amongst Microsoft Managed ISV’s for Lync; it helps businesses build out their helpdesk, multimedia contact center or call center to the Lync platform.
Zeacom has more than 4,000 customer sites all over the world; the company had been providing enterprise-class contact center functionality on three of the world’s most popular telephony platforms for already 17 years.
With the new release of ZCC for Lync, businesses receive greater choice for moving existing contact center solution from one voice platform to another. ZCC now allows contact centers controlling the delivery of all contacts, from email and voice calls to social media alerts and SMS.
