Humbug is a service popular with many companies as it offers call analytics and fraud detection. Initially, the Humbug was a free service.
The fraud detection is available from the SMB to the enterprise.
Humbug version 3.0 Silver Hawk is able to proactively prevent fraudulent calls and allows the end-user configuring PBX to block calls to fraudulent destinations in accordance with certain parameters such as premium worldwide numbers, countries and business hours.
