 Aspect Entered into Partnership with 2e2

Aspect, a customer contact solutions vendor, has recently announced that the company had entered into a partnership deal with 2e2, an ICT lifecycle services provider, in order to offer enterprises solutions combining Aspect's UC&C apps and 2e2’s technology, project management and support services.
This partnership will provide 2e2 with complete access to Aspect's suite of UC solutions, fully integrated with Microsoft's software suites, such as Lync, Exchange, and Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
As Aspect officials stated, Aspect's unified IP customer contact and workforce optimization platform has been designed to create a unified contact center solution, offering inbound, outbound, Internet contact, voice portal, multi-channel self-service and proactive contact capabilities.
2e2, being a gold certified Microsoft partner, can integrate Aspect solutions with its on-premise to cloud-based services.
