AltiGen Communications, a provider of software-based UC and VoIP solutions, has officially announced that the company had been selected by Coastline Housing, the non-profit housing association, in order to implement AltiGen's MaxACD for the Microsoft Lync Server.
Coastline Housing has more than 3,800 homes located in the town of Cornwall in the UK. The housing group used Microsoft Lync Server 2010 and MaxACD contact center solution for Lync from AltiGen Communications with the help of Nexus Open Systems, a partner of AltiGen.
The MaxACD Contact Center for Lync from AltiGen provides several innovative VoIP solutions such as multi-level auto attendant, skills-based routing, a flexible and adaptable IVR with CRM integration capabilities, as well as call recording, monitoring and reporting.
Due to the integration with Microsoft Lync, a contact center offers a compelling communications solution on premise or provided over the cloud.
