 Link High Technologies Uses Mission-Critical Systems to Guarantee Business Continuity

Link High Technologies, the IT support and consulting company, has announced that the firm has deployed its own mission-critical systems in company’s data center. Link High technologies is focused on “the importance of business continuity regardless of weather conditions which change dramatically when snowstorms and hurricanes occur.”
As company stated in a press release, “Many of our clients were hit not once but twice in 2011 by events that disabled businesses for a few hours. Some were disabled for several days. We have to set the standard. We cannot consult with our clients on the importance of business continuity if we don’t do it ourselves.”
The company has deployed its own mission-critical systems that include Allworx VoIP business telephone systems in its data center.
Moreover, the company has migrated from the legacy POTS telephone systems to SIP trunks. Deploying the SIP-based telephone services, Link High Technologies has taken an advantage of “expansion options into new physical areas not impacted by specific communications and business challenges.”
