Jenne, a value-added distributor, has recently announced that the company had added NICE Systems' call capturing and analytics products for company’s customers in the US and Canada.
Jenne distributes equipment for IP telephony, UC, audio and video conferencing, data networking and IT security and NICE Systems' eXpress recording capture.
Jenne officials commented that “the eXpress solutions will fit well into any size installation our resellers are involved in, providing an excellent opportunity for them to build and extend their relationships with end-users who have intensive customer facing businesses and are seeking to meet compliance challenges.”
The eXpress recording platform can capture, manage and process calls in offices and branch locations. NICE Quality eXpress was specifically designed for contact centers.
Jenne has stated that the company would “provide remote installation services to resellers who don't know how to deploy call capturing and analytics.”
