Vocalocity, a provider of VoIP for small businesses, has officially announced that the company had entered into partnership with eAgent, the online insurance agency and document management system, in order to deliver enhanced VoIP services to insurance agents.
Vocalocity - eAgent integration can streamline insurance agents’ interaction with customer databases. With any incoming or outgoing call, Vocalocity’s eAgent plugin can “prompt a user’s default browser to open a unique URL as defined by the end user.”
Additionally, Vocalocity customers are able to customize their plugin to rollout Facebook, Salesforce, Google +, Twitter, and other types of professional websites in order to better conduct research and stay connected with customers and prospects.
The VP of Sales at Vocalocity commented, “eAgent integrated with Vocalocity's hosted PBX service gives insurance agents the knowledge they need to communicate effectively and efficiently in a highly competitive space.”
