Resolvity, a provider of speech recognition and on-demand IVR solutions, has recently announced its rollout in Indian market. The company has introduced its VoiceGain cloud telephony solution for SMEs in India.
According to the company, India is a very potential market for cloud telephony and IVR. These services have been restricted to customers such as banks, telecom and insurance companies with enough capital to procure and integrate systems with existing IT infrastructure.
VoiceGain solution from Resolvity allows SME businesses to deploy the same telephony capabilities as large enterprises and enables them to serve customers and prospects professionally 24/7.
Voicegain cloud telephony solution allows SMEs storing, managing and tracking telephone sales inquiries and leads. Moreover, SMEs now “can route these enquiries in real time to their field sales personnel. The leads can be shared on mobile phones.” Additionally, the service includes a virtual call center provided on a pay-per-use model.
VoiceGain offers a combination of telephony, voice and web-based technologies. Businesses may start using the solution directly after activation, with no investments in software, hardware or telephony. The portal allows businesses tracking, analyzing and improving call handling effectiveness.
