Prism, a British office solutions company, has recently announced that the company was looking for a UC solution for its newly opened site in Melksham, Wiltshire to improve customer service and allow all workers functioning as one unit across multiple sites. Finally, prism has deployed a UC solution from Foehn, a provider of hosted telephony.
Prism’s IT manager commented, “We now have an intelligent overflow system set-up between the customer service teams at both our main sites which means inbound calls into one site are automatically transferred to the other site after a number of rings. Essentially, we can operate as if we’re all based in one location.”
Foehn has provided Prism with a scalable solution that is able to grow as the company expands. Moreover, Foehn has reduced expenditures and enhanced functionality for the company, establishing secure connections between Prism’s home workers and company’s office locations to Foehn’s hosted telephony program. Additionally, Foehn provided Prism with solutions to speed data connectivity.
