Verizon has announced that the company had fixed a disruption in VoIP phone service that happened Saturday night.
According to the Public Safety Communications Center, “there have not been any issues since midnight and Verizon believes the problem has been resolved.”
Verizon is working to resolve a disruption in VoIP phone service that took place Saturday night.
Customers using the Internet phone service can dial 911 because the call will be routed via a third party system to the sheriff's office 911 call center.
Verizon is aware of the problem and has resolved the outage in the shortest possible time.
