 Thorlo Announced Integration of HP Networking Services into HP Converged Infrastructure

Thorlo, a US manufacturer of activity-specific socks, has announced that the company had integrated HP networking services into HP Converged Infrastructure deployment in order to optimize network productivity, streamline communications and lower costs.
Thorlo has replaced the existing infrastructure leased from Cisco and implemented an HP Converged Infrastructure service, which provides VoIP services and business apps.
HP partner Insight, one of leaders in information technology, hardware, software and service, collaborated with Thorlo on the deployment.
According to officials, Thorlo has implemented an HP FlexNetwork that includes HP 5500 Switch Series and HP 7500 Switch Series, the HP MSM Controller Series and HP MSM Dual Access Point Series wireless mobility products in order “to provide a unified network to modernize business communications.”
These networking components are now combined with existing the HP BladeSystem c7000 Enclosure and HP P6300 Enterprise Virtual Arrays storage products. Additionally, Thorlo implemented the HP Intelligent Management Center for managing network through a single pane of glass for operating a unified wired and mobile network.
