Avaya, a business communications solutions and managed services provider, has recently introduced new outsourcing services targeted at helping large businesses at enhancing communications performance and reducing costs.
Avaya Communications Outsourcing Solutions (COS), the new suite of managed services, allows Avaya managing customer’s entire communications infrastructure.
COS offers total management of a customer’s UC communications software, contact centers, data networking and video communications systems.
According to Avaya officials, “COS will integrate with customer’s existing IT processes, permitting management of all communications pertaining to production, billing, customer care and operations.”
COS provides capabilities, including worldwide multi-vendor support employing9 network operation centers, new operating expense procurement (OpEx) options for hardware, software and services, as well as customized service level agreements (SLA).
According to the company, “COS can reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) by 15 to 20 percent, by streamlining communications services.”
