13 March 2012

There are reports that around twelve Skype-certified telephones are not working properly, and that they are failing to log into Skype IM, VoIP, and video-chatting services. Microsoft is currently investigating these reports.

The report includes a dozen phone models that are not currently able to connect to Skype including phones manufactured by Panasonic, Linksys, GE, and NetGear. The problem allegedly began occurring this weekend, with many business customers struggling to find a fix.
