 Level 3 wants conditions placed on Comcast-NBC merger

In the fight between Level 3 and cable giant Comcast, Level 3 insists that the Department of Justice and the FCC should put a provision in Comcast's planned acquisition of NBC Universal to start "unfettered access" to any online content, - Reuters reports.
Level 3's move is kind of ongoing protest to cover a toll fee for carrying online video traffic from the likes of Netflix to Comcast's broadband clients.
Comcast argues that the ongoing "increase in Internet traffic" led it to ask for the fee from Level 3 to provide third-party video and related content through its last mile HFC network to clients.
Arguments of Level 3 are “that the DoJ and the FCC put conditions on the Comcast-NBC merger”.
